Hi, my name is Zohairen & I used to have this high blood pressure. The main reason for me to create this blog is to share my experience in high blood pressure and ways of controlling it. As this is the 1st posting, my 1st advise will be the following :-
1. Get your blood pressure test regularly. No matter you have high blood pressure (hypertension) or not (not yet). As frequent as you could.
2. Reduce your stress level
3. Exercise
4. Quit Smoking
5. Minimize/avoid caffeine intake
6. Avoid Fat in diet
7. No Alcohol at all.
8. Ensure enough Calcium in your diet
9. Get Antioxidant as your supplement
10. Consume 5 times more potassium than salt (Salt-Potassium Ratio).
Take care of yourself and stay tune... to understand High Blood pressure and my experience in controlling my blood pressure. I will regularly make posting to this blog.
